How long does the store take to deliver the order?

Orders once placed are shipped between 2-4 business days and are delivered in 7-9 business days.

How are orders placed on Solstheim delivered to me?
We dispatched all orders placed on Solstheim through Drop shipping partners.

What is Solstheim Convenience Fee?
If the order gets canceled, lost, or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the entire order amount, including the convenience fee if paid online.
If you return an order delivered to you, we will not refund an order convenience fee. However, if your self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on Return Policy. For accounts whose return behavior violates our policy, the Convenience Fee will be non-refundable irrespective of order value.
